Description

The Maadi British International School is a well established Nursery and Primary School with approximately 290 pupils from ages 2 to 11 years on roll. It serves the expatriate community of Maadi -- a pleasant suburb situated 8 Km. from downtown Cairo..
The school follows the English National Curriculum and its assessment requirements. MBIS is accredited by the Worldwide Education Service (WES) and is a full member of the Incorporated Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS).

The Early Years Centre, which enrolls pupils from 2 to 4 years of age, places a strong focus on learning through play.

At the Primary School (ages 4 to 11 years), the atmosphere is purposeful orderly, caring, happy and hard working, with high expectations resulting in successful learning throughout the school. All pupils are valued as individuals. Confidence and self-esteem, which are essential for success, are actively fostered. Our aspiration to nurture a life-long love of learning is summed up in our motto “ Learning for Life”.
