Children joining our school at Pre-nursery, Nursery and Reception age (18 months to 4 years) follow The Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England. This stage of learning provides the highest standards in teaching to support your child’s early development in essential learning skills at this important stage of their lives.
The English National Curriculum, which has been adapted to meet the needs of expatriates, applies to all of our pupils from Key Stage 1 (5 years old) to Key Stage 4 (16 years old). We offer courses leading to qualifications in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), which are validated by UK examination boards. We offer the International Baccalaureate programme to students in Years 12 and 13. As a high level international qualification, it is recognised by universities throughout the world.
Our modern, state-of-the-art facilities include a Design and Technology suite, music technology suite, dance and drama studios, specialist science laboratories, full-size football and rugby pitches, tennis courts, two libraries, all-weather surface areas and age-appropriate outdoor play areas. 2007 saw a rapid expansion in our facilities to include a 1000-seat state-of-the-art multi-purpose lecture hall, a new secondary school building, a third indoor sports hall and a 25m indoor swimming pool.
